The Board of Zoning Appeals meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm, as needed, to hear cases.
The Zoning Commission meets on the first Tuesday of every even-numbered month, as needed, or unless that Tuesday falls on a holiday, at 7:00pm.
Before submitting an application of any kind please make sure all applicable documents are attached. If there are missing documents this may cause a delay in your permit or case.

Articles 24 and 38 of the German Township Zoning Resolution were revised to add regulations pertaining to small solar facilities. These changes were approved by the German Township Board of Trustees on 5/8/2024 and are effective 6/7/2024
